Boston

My mom and I went in a big plane the other day and flew all the way up to Boston.  It was remarkable - we could see all the towns and islands all the way up the coast!  I loved looking out the window as Mom passed me snacks and toys.  I was very happy.  When we got off the plane, Grammy, Grampy, Aunt Torie and Torie's friend were there to meet us!  Imagine my surprise at seeing all of them at the very airport Mom and I were at.  It's as if it were planned...  We drove from the airport straight up to Cape Cod.  The next morning, I got to see Super Grammy at her new place.
I love Super Grammy!
I really enjoyed playing in the cheerful library.  I wanted to touch the fireplace, but I am told it was quite hot (whatever that means).  So I settled for reading some books and getting hugs from various family members.  My Uncle Clint was especially excited for hugs.  I'm so cute, who could resist?!
Me and Uncle Clint!
I really liked Super Grammy's new place.  They have cookies out for everyone to share!  I greatly enjoyed my sugar cookie.  Grammy tried to get a bite, but I held firm and ate it all by myself.
Grammy, this is my cookie.
After spending the day on the Cape, we all went back to Grammy and Grampy's, where my Uncle Parke and Aunt Sarah were waiting for us.  There are lots of toys at Grammy and Grampy's, so I always have a good time.
Hangin' out with Mom
I spent lots of time hugging Grammy and Grampy.  I am the best hugger, so I thought I'd share my talent.

The best part about having Uncle Parke and Aunt Sarah with us is that they brought their dogs, Scout and Jenny!  I just adore dogs, and was delighted to make them play with me.  We had this really fun game going, where I would chase the dogs and they would all run away and hide.  It was so much fun!
I let Lamb play too
I am really good at petting dogs.  They are so soft.

I am especially fond of Little Jenny.  She is so cute!
Jenny is just my size!
I was sad to get back on the plane to go home.  I fussed a little bit, so Mom kept plying me with snacks.  I was really happy to get off that plane.  Daddy was at the airport waiting for us.  I was so happy to see him!   I hope Mom, Dad and I can get up to Grammy and Grampy's again soon!  I love visiting them.

Costco Playdate

My school was closed yesterday for a professional day.  So Mommy and I took advantage of our day, and met up with my friend Danny and his mom!  We met up for a tasty lunch of grapes and banana puffs at a Mexican restaurant.  I guess our moms had Mexican food, but I wasn't in the mood for tasting anything new.  I'm sort of picky these days.

After lunch, our moms carted us over to Costco for some serious shopping.  I picked out a few cute outfits for myself, and then let Mommy pick out some paper towels and snacks.  Costco has really cool shopping carts - Danny and I could ride together in one!
Check out our sweet double coupe!
I always like to be prepared when I go out, so I made sure to pack my purse.  You can see it over my shoulder in the photo below.  I offered to pick up our tab at Costco, but Mommy insisted on treating me to my new dresses.  Isn't she so sweet?
I love you too, Danny
After shopping, we headed back to Danny's for some serious play time.  It was nice to unwind after a great afternoon of shopping.  By the end of our playdate, I was exhausted!  I hope you all had fun this weekend too!

Auntie Liz

It's already Sunday, and I still haven't told you about my adventures last weekend!  My mom, dad and I drove up to Philadelphia for a bridal shower for my Auntie Liz and her fiance, Vin.  He's going to be my uncle at the end of May!  I had lots of fun at the shower.  I finally got to meet my fantastic cousin, Emily, as well as her mom, dad, and little brother.  I had so much fun playing with them!
Emily & I are going to be flower girls for Auntie Liz!
Auntie Liz and Uncle Vin had to play some silly games, in the grand spirit of the bridal shower.
All dressed for their honeymoon!
After the shower, I went to a fancy restaurant with Mom, Dad, Grammy, Grampy, Uncle Taylor and Julia.  It was muchos yummy.  That is Spanish for very tasty, since it was a really fun Mexican restaurant.  The servers just loved making funny faces at me, and they brought out a special fruit cup just for me!  My mommy agrees, we would definitely go back to Tequilas for another fun dinner!

The best part of the weekend is that my Grammy and Grampy brought me a very special rocking chair.  It was Grammy's when she was a little girl, and my mom loved playing in it when she was a little girl.  It is just my size, and it plays a song as I rock on it!  I love my rocking chair!
This chair is awesome!
It's been a quiet weekend so far, but my mom is planning to post some embarassing pictures of me in just my diaper.  I am also very excited for a playdate with my buddy, Danny, tomorrow!
